There are many variables and factors in the complex world of health insurance. Most providers have so many different plans that we cannot give general advice to our patients. We will provide you with a “super bill” for your insurance company. This is signed by our physician with proper coding and any other requirements. You can then submit the bill to your Insurance Carrier for reimbursement. Although we do not see any monies ourselves, we do know that over 50% of our patients do get reimbursed for medical fees.

It is not just women who can benefit from visiting a London Weight Loss Clinic. Men, 42% of which are overweight in this country, also regularly use our treatments which normally consist of three sessions per week for a four-week period. Each session normally lasts around half an hour, with measurements made at the beginning of your course and after the sixth and twelfth sessions so you can track your progress.
However, if your life is chaotic it can be really difficult to focus successfully on the plan.  People who work extremely long hours; never do grocery shopping; hardly cook or prepare food at home; travel every week for business; spend most of their meals out socialising or at work events…..these situations make it really hard to do the plan well (although I have had clients in very demanding jobs who have made it work)
Secondly, our nutritional approach uses a method that has been shown to be much more user friendly than counting calories (calories on food packaging can be out by up to 25%!) and doesn’t rely on weighing every morsel of food that passes your lips. Our nutritional approach is about achieving optimal health while gradually increasing the quantity of food you are allowed while supporting muscle growth and fat loss. This is important as the industry ‘standard’ approach is to restrict/decrease food as time goes on which leads to muscle breakdown and a lower metabolism – both of which are disastrous as far as fat loss is concerned.
You don’t have to be an athlete to notice how nutrition can impact your performance. For you it could be your performance at work, in the gym, or at home with your family. Performance tells us a lot about your physiology. Whenever you feel low or are finding your performance is suffering, your motivation and desire to continue with the recommendations will diminish.
