Rigorously structured: you will be given super clear guidelines on what you can and cannot eat.  Rules to stick to (3 meals no snacking, 5 hour gap between meals, no oil / fat for the first two weeks, etc etc).  A detailed meal structure that will show exactly how many grams of food you should eat at each meal (yes that means using a scale to weigh your food).
Phase 2: Get in the zone: lasts for 14 days and is the strictest part of the programme.  Some people can get detox and withdrawal symptoms (headaches, cravings, etc).  I have other people who can feel hungry while they go through this adjustment phase.  It is best to avoid exercise during this phase.  At the end of this phase energy is increased and the weight loss results are usually very motivating.
